Lens as Witness: Photography and Resistance, 1960s - Now
Dr. Nicole Scalissi, a Professor of Art History and Global Cultures at California State University, San Bernardino, and her talented students have curated an exhibition that invites visitors to reflect on social justice and activism from the 1970s to the present, both on a national scale and specifically within the Inland Empire. This exhibition was an amazing collaboration with the Garcia Center and CSUSB Pfau Library, as well as contemporary artists from the Inland Empire, who were invited to deepen, expand, or challenge ideas of social justice and/or activism now.
