Through the support of Project Rebound, Trujillo has become a leader in trauma-informed neuroscience research and an advocate for educational equity. His remarkable transformation—from prison to pursuing a Ph.D.—is a powerful story of resilience, mentorship, and the life-changing potential of second chances.
