Research and Teaching Interests

My research interests include the facilitation, adaptation and recovery of neuromuscular function in a variety of sport performance movements. Additionally, kinetic and kinematics of sport related movements. I am an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I believe in facilitating the connection between application and science in the classroom.
