Bio

  • 37 years of on-going professional industry work experience, with over 20 years in the education industry as a professor and as an administrator. 
  • I am a Lecturer at CSU San Bernardino (for the past 16 years) as well as an Adjunct Lecturer (for the last 11 years) at Chapman University.
  • I teach Marketing classes to both undergraduate and graduate students, including Marketing Management and Advance Marketing Research in the MBA program at Chapman.  
  • My skills and work experience would include consultancy, project management, marketing research, and organizational development having worked as a Marketing Research Consultant at Price Waterhouse. I have worked on numerous client-based projects related to marketing research, strategic planning and organizational development.  
  • I have marketing and sales management experience having worked for 2 multinational marketing corporations.      
  • I am currently a Company Director serving on the Board of Directors for 3 business organizations.  
  • I volunteer as an independent consultant/advisor to students, helping them on a pro-bono basis in starting their own businesses for the past 10 years. 
  • I have student mentorship experience as I am a Student Career Advisor and Research Mentor to students. Currently, mentoring a Masters’ Degree student under a Mentorship program at Biola University.
  • I have also served as a Faculty Juror in student research competitions.
  • Nominated for Outstanding Lecturer Award in 2021 and have received awards for teaching and student services over the years.
