Bio
As a first-generation Latino professional with over 25 years of experience in higher education, I am deeply committed to creating inclusive spaces where students, faculty, staff, and community partners feel connected, supported, and empowered. My work is guided by the belief that campus environments—both physical and cultural—should inspire engagement, purpose, and belonging. With a foundation in auxiliary services, I’ve spent over two decades leveraging facilities management, capital planning, and service operations to enrich campus life and foster purposeful engagement across private and public universities. Whether through the design of dynamic spaces, the development of sustainable operations, or the delivery of essential services, my focus remains on enriching campus life and advancing strong, mission-aligned communities. I draw daily inspiration from Peter F. Drucker’s principles of effective management and from Coach John Wooden’s enduring belief in character and consistency. These philosophies continue to shape how I lead—with vision, care, and integrity. “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” – Peter F. Drucker
