Isaac Morales

Isaac Morales serves as the Associate Director and Principal Designated School Official (PDSO) and Responsible Officer (RO) for International Student and Scholar Services at California State University, San Bernardino. In this role, he oversees the operations of the international student and scholar programs, ensuring institutional compliance with federal immigration regulations and university policies.

Isaac leads the development and implementation of processes related to F-1 and J-1 student and scholar services, including SEVIS reporting, employment authorization, and immigration advising. He provides guidance to students, faculty, and campus partners on complex immigration matters and supports the university in navigating nonimmigrant employment and sponsorship processes.

In addition to his program oversight responsibilities, Isaac supervises staff, manages operational workflows, and works to enhance systems and services that support international student success while maintaining regulatory compliance.
