Bio

Dr. Qiao earned Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Arizona. Her Ph.D. research is about multi-agent reinforcement learning and game theory. Her current research focuses on machine learning and its applications.

Courses/Teaching

Dr. Qiao follows the teaching philosophy: "Give a man a fish and he eats for a day; teach a man to fish and he can feed himself for life" by encouraging creative thinking and focusing on problem solving process instead of merely presenting a solution.
