Creating space for intention and presence, this workshop invites participants to use vision boarding as a personal tool for mental wellness. Through guided reflection, participants will explore their values, priorities, and goals, shifting from passive wishing to intentional action. This experience incorporates mindfulness practices that encourage present-moment awareness, helping reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen emotional regulation, and enhance overall well-being and connection.
