Meredith Conroy, CSUSB associate professor of political science, was interviewed in an article about how the decision of whether or not to wear a mask has increasingly become a political statement as the country battles the COVID-19 pandemic.

The university, in partnership with the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, begins the California Student Opportunity Access Program (Cal-SOAP) in the county this summer.

Cal State San Bernardino Palm Desert Campus nursing students supported the Coachella Valley Volunteers in Medicine’s effort to provide more than 90 free COVID-19 tests to the underserved and uninsured of the East Valley, most of whom are farm workers.
