
The event will celebrate the next major step in the expansion of the Palm Desert Campus, aimed at enhancing the student experience and improving access to essential support services.

This inaugural group of highly trained professionals is ready to serve and make a lasting impact in communities throughout the region.

The immersive program, which took place during their spring break in April, was designed to provide students with firsthand exposure to the vibrant hospitality industry of Italy and offered participants hands-on learning and professional development opportunities.

Many of the students who attended submitted their intent to become Coyotes in the next academic year.

The program is designed to inspire and support local high school students interested in pursuing careers in healthcare.

The “AIDS Quilt Songbook” is a collection of songs and poems dedicated to those impacted by AIDS — honoring lives lost, acknowledging the stigma and fear surrounding the disease, and offering a tribute to those affected since its emergence in the early 1980s.

On Wednesday, March 5, the Palm Desert Entrepreneurial Resource Center celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, featuring refreshments provided by local small businesses and congratulatory remarks by local and regional dignitaries.

The newly expanded resource will serve as a catalyst for the creation of new businesses and the growth of existing small businesses in the Coachella Valley.

CSUSB Palm Desert Campus alumna Rhian Reyes was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and works as a campaign organizer at Audubon California in Palm Desert, where her work focuses on community outreach, organizing and education.
