The Randall W. Lewis Center for Entrepreneurship at California State University, San Bernardino invites the Inland Empire community to celebrate the region’s boldest innovators at the 2025 Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the Riverside Convention Center. Tickets are available now.

The Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards recognize the visionaries who are fueling economic growth and driving innovation across Inland Southern California. The black-tie gala brings together nearly 1,000 business and community leaders each year to honor outstanding entrepreneurs making a powerful impact in the region.

This year marks a significant milestone for the event, as U.S. Bank has joined the Spirit Awards as its exclusive Premier Sponsor — the first in the ceremony’s 23-year history. Platinum sponsors include BBK, The Press-Enterprise/The Sun/Inland Valley Daily Bulletin/Redlands Daily Facts, and Inland Empire Magazine.

Guests will enjoy an evening of celebration and networking as top business leaders are recognized across multiple award categories. VIP experiences and premier seating options are available, along with opportunities to support the event as a sponsor or to serve as a volunteer.

A highlight of the evening will once again be the Garner Holt Student Fast Pitch Competition, where student entrepreneurs pitch their big ideas live on stage for the chance to earn funding and mentorship. The competition’s qualifying round will take place one week prior to the ceremony at Garner Holt Productions in Redlands.
