Cal State San Bernardino President Tomás D. Morales led off the start of discussions to the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan, the blueprint that serves to define the university, its mission and its future, at a special meeting at the Santos Manuel Student Union on Nov. 7.

The president welcomed about 70 committee members from throughout the university gathered for the initial session, then broke into to smaller discussion groups to talk about specific issues.

The chairs for the Strategic Planning process are Kelly Campbell, interim vice provost, co-chief diversity officer and a professor of psychology, and Nicole Dabbs, department chair of kinesiology and member of faculty senate.
