All Cal State San Bernardino students, particularly first-time, first-year students, are invited to listen to motivational speaker Natilie Williams for her talk, “Setting Intentions for Success,” on Tuesday, Feb. 23. Two sessions will be offered: one at noon and the other at 5:30 p.m., both on Zoom.

There are three simple keys to college success that can create goal manifestation and professional development for first-year students: vision, action and interaction. This highly engaging session will motivate and inspire students to act on their visionary leadership. This session will also equip participants with clarity on how to properly create and execute their goals, while using their campus resources to become well-rounded leaders. Participants will be able to learn more about visionary leadership, possibilities of campus resources, and the power of intentional community-building.

As a first-generation student, Williams will also help students understand how to make the most of their experience. Eighty-one percent of CSUSB students are first-generation.

Williams is an international keynote speaker, Ph.D. candidate, and the founder of Nat Will, Speak! LLC. As the author of “Innerview: Lessons in Leadership,” her mission is to empower and inspire students across the country to lead with a legacy in mind.

While a native of the South Side of Chicago, Williams received a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and a master’s degree from Illinois State University, and she did so with no student debt whatsoever. Currently, she travels the nation to equip students with the leadership tools they need to achieve their wildest dreams.

Students who attend will be entered into an opportunity drawing to receive William’s new book, “Innerview: Lessons in Leadership,” a CSUSB padfolio, 2021 planner and an ‘I’m in the Pack’ T-shirt.
