Astrid Sheil, CSUSB professor of communication studies, attended an annual staff forum at IEDC-Bled School of Management in Bled, Slovenia, on Oct. 12, which focused on “Staffing in Changing Conditions.” Sheil is a currently a visiting professor at IEDC.
