Community of Support: Coping with the Loss of a Loved One

September 3, 2026
9:00am - 10:00am
via Zoom ONLY

The Community of Support (COS) is a group created for employees coping with the loss of a loved one. Recognizing that grief profoundly impacts both personal well-being and workplace engagement, the group provides a safe, compassionate space for connection, reflection, and mutual support. The group acknowledges that grief is deeply personal and often ongoing, and aims to provide a sense of community during what can be an isolating time.

Meetings are held monthly and include informal discussions around themes such as coping during the holidays, navigating milestones, and remembering loved ones. There is no pressure to share; members are welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable. Guided by empathy and respect, the Community of Support is a supportive space where employees can come as they are and know they’re not alone.

All meetings will be held virtually via Zoom from 9:00am-10:00am and o virtually; reach out to our team to obtain the Zoom link.

No registration required, join as your schedule allows.
