Mid-Day Mobility

Mid-Day Mobility is a multimodal group class aimed towards increasing joint flexibility/range of motion, joint stability, and neuromuscular control of the entire body. Having the ability to control each part of the body in and through all positions is essential for everyday life and serves as a foundation for healthy, pain-free movement. All levels are welcome and encouraged to participate and learn how to access your body's full movement potential.
Materials will be provided, including yoga mats. Feel free to bring your own mat and props if you prefer. Please wear clothing that you can comfortably move and stretch in such as sweats, t-shirt, or yoga attire.
This session is presented by Staff Development & Enrichment in partnership with Recreation & Wellness/The Retreat and is open to CSUSB employees.
