This engaging and comprehensive seminar provides students with an in-depth exploration of anxiety. Participants will gain valuable insights into the multifaceted nature of anxiety, including its underlying mechanisms and the various ways it can manifest. The session will delve into a detailed examination of anxiety symptoms, encompassing psychological, physiological, and behavioral indicators, enabling students to recognize these signs in themselves and others.
