Students will learn how to recognize emotional, stress, and binge eating patterns, understand the difference between disordered eating and eating disorders, and practice strategies to tune into hunger and fullness cues. It also offers tips for navigating social eating situations and maintaining energy without relying on caffeine. The goal is to help students eat with more awareness, satisfaction, and self-compassion.
