Join our Drop-in meditation group for a peaceful pause in your day—no experience needed, just a willingness to breathe and be present. These 30-minute guided sessions are open to all students, staff, and faculty, and are a great way to reset, recharge, and practice mindfulness over the summer.

Session Times, each day:
- 12:00 – 12:30 p.m.
- 12:30 – 1:00 p.m.
