Corporate Card: Enrollment

The Procurement & Contracts and the Accounts Payable departments have transitioned from the ‘P-Card’/’Pro-Card’ to the new ‘Corporate Card’.

Please note: You must first attend an Enrollment session before attending a Reconciliation session. Attendance for both sessions is required for all corporate card holders (Enrollment & Reconciliation).

Enrollment: In this training you will learn how to apply for the new Corporate Card, how to update card information in Concur, and what to do with your old P-Card. You also will learn about the single card process, review the updated Corporate Card Handbook, and be given a demo of the new Corporate Card reconciliation tool in Concur.
