About "Navigating Challenging Conversations":
Hosted by Sonoma State University
Increase your confidence and comfort in facing challenging conversations in this 45 minute workshop! Navigating Challenging Conversations will provide strategies that will help turn a difficult discussion into an opportunity for growth, collaboration, and understanding. Learn how to mentally shift your perception of the conversation, carefully choose your language for maximum impact, and organize a loose agenda for the conversation. Session will include some breakout room activities.

About CCC:
Many classes that were formerly in-person are now offered virtually. This gives us a unique opportunity to extend campus classes beyond campus borders and offer a new way to share professional development across the CSU!
