"Success Managing a Hybrid Workforce"

Remote management is more than just implementing a telecommuting policy. Administrators need essential skills to create practices that allow employees to stay engaged, connected, and productive whether they work on campus or remotely. In this session, administrators will learn and apply best practices to prepare themselves and their team for success in this hybrid modality.

This session is for employees in the Management Personnel Plan (MPP) or who serve in an administrator capacity. MPPs/Administrators & Dept Chairs may pre-register via CSULearn with the direct link. Note: Non-state managers can sign up for a session by contacting the Staff Development Center at (909) 537-3125 or staffdevelopmentcenter@csusb.edu (the direct link won’t work due to affiliation type with CSULearn).
