Successfully Navigating a Hybrid Work Environment
Staff success is a vital part of our university's success. Employees need the necessary skills that will allow them to continue to collaborate, stay inclusive amongst their teams, maintain a work-life balance, and apply time management techniques especially in remote workplace settings. In this session, participants will learn how to adapt their personal work style(s), identify tools to maintain personal health, understand best practices that contribute to an effective hybrid team, identify ways to maintain security of university information, and how to apply time management techniques to hybrid work.
This session is for individuals who are participating in a hybrid work model or who are interested in learning more about navigating a hybrid work environment.
