Workplace Safety & Pepper Spray Demonstration

Daylight Saving Time ended at 2:00 am on Sunday (11/6), introducing potential dangers because it gets dark earlier. Learn tips and techniques for staying safe when daylight saving time ends. In this session, our University Police (UPD) members will also provide pepper spray training, including the do’s and don’ts of pepper spray and how to use it correctly. Participants will receive small, individual-size pepper spray.

 

NOTES: This session is for information and personal safety purposes only, not for those seeking certification, and does not offer certification. There will be no live spraying demonstrated during this informational session. Space is limited, so please register early!
