Holi: Festival of Lights

Holi is a festival of colors, also called as the festival of love or festival spring. It is an ancient Hindu festival that celebrates the eternal and divine love of Radha Krishna. It is a free-for-all festival of color, where people smear each other with colors. Water guns and water-filled balloons are also used to play and color each other. Anyone and everyone is fair game, friend or stranger, rich or poor, man or woman, children, and elders. On Holi day, in India, you will find streets, pools, houses, people all drenched in colors.
