The Use of Individual Development Plans (IDP) for Students: A Seminar by Dr. C. Gita Bosch

This seminar for undergraduate faculty and advisors will discuss the value of the Individual Development Plan (IDP) for undergraduates that will engage the students to become active participants in planning and staying the path to their futures. The IDP is a living document, a roadmap for the students to navigate their way, and keep their destination in sight at all times, despite encounters with life’s detours. The seminar will encourage and excite the faculty and advisors about the IDP and invite them to partner with the students on their journeys.
