From texts to emails to social media, we are constantly connected to our smart phones. While phones can be a useful tool, overuse can leave us feeling unproductive, overstimulated, and can strain our mental well-being. Together, we’ll understand the addictive components of our phones and explore ways to break the cycle to live a more balanced lifestyle.
