Participants will be introduced to foundational knowledge and basic customer relation skills in an effort to enhance the service experience of students, staff, faculty, and other campus/ community members. Participants will learn approaches to apply when dealing with difficult situations and learn basic phone skills, including phone etiquette and university phone functionalities. This workshop is recommended for new employees, including student assistants and existing employees desiring a refresher training in customer service skills.
