Have you ever wondered how to prepare a reclassification request? This workshop will focus on what the process entails; steps in pursuing a reclassification, timelines, and guidelines for preparing your position description and other necessary paperwork. This will assist employees in understanding when a reclassification may be appropriate, and what to expect as the process moves along.
