Best Practices in Faculty Hiring Toolkit
We drew on published research and other ADVANCE sites to develop guides, resources, and quick check lists that delineate evidence-based practices that foster DEI in faculty searches. Although these materials were created to specifically fit with CSUSB’s institutional context, they can easily be adapted for other institutions.
