Surveys, Focus Group, and Interview Protocols
In the first year of the grant, faculty from each academic college were invited to participate in college-specific focus groups. Two independent focus groups were conducted for each college: one for probationary faculty and one for tenured senior faculty. During these sessions, faculty were asked about their experiences during the hiring and evaluation processes and/or as members of faculty hiring or evaluation committees.
