The Minor/Certificate in Disability Studies provides an introduction to the fast-growing field of Disability Studies, an interdisciplinary field that centers the knowledge, contributions, experiences, histories, and cultures of people with disabilities. We hope you'll consider adding Disability Studies as a minor to your program. For folks who are not current CSUSB students, consider completing the same coursework for a Certificate in Disability Studies. People from all majors and backgrounds are welcome. Hiring managers from across industry and academia have informed us how meaningful it would be to see applicants with a disability studies credential because all occupations collaborate alongside disabled people - making this knowledge essential.
