CHRS Wave 3 Timeline
CSUSB is a part of the CHRS wave 3 implementation along with other CSUs. The timeline for implementation is as follows:
Project kick off
- CHRS team comes together and the work begins
- April 2023
Pre-implementation work
- Conversion clean-up, Position Paper implementation, security review, and integration discussions
- April 2023 - October 2023
Preview Pass
- Setup for security
- Review of test scripts and change impact analysis
- January 2024 - March 2024
Testing Pass A
- Complete all build-related activities and unit testing of required items for core testers
- First pass for campus end-to-end testing
- May 2024 - August 2024
Testing Pass B
- Campus end-to-end test for end-users
- October 2024 - November 2024
Testing Pass C
- Final campus end-to-end test to validate fixes
- Go/No-Go for Move to Production
- January 2025 - March 2025
Move to Production
- System go live
- March 2025
Stabilization
- Ongoing monitoring of system functionality
- March 2025 - September 2025
