Why TPA Exam Prep Matters

Passing the TPA is required for earning a California teaching credential. Without it, teachers can’t be fully certified to lead a classroom.

The exam is challenging. It assesses candidates' ability to plan, instruct, assess, and reflect on teaching practices. That’s why expert preparation is essential.

Why CSUSB?

  • We’re the only university in California currently offering dedicated TPA prep courses
  • Program offers focused guidance from experienced faculty in a supportive online environment
  • Districts benefit by ensuring teachers meet state credentialing standards
