Daniel Castro, a proud first-generation college graduate and Ontario native, is driven by a powerful mission: to break down barriers and make STEM education accessible to all. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a concentration in teaching from Cal State San Bernardino in fall 2024, drawn to the university’s standout single-subject teaching program, which allowed him to immerse himself in STEM education.
