Cherica Bell has built her career around creating opportunity, strengthening community and helping others thrive. A proud Cal State San Bernardino alumna, she serves as associate director of culture and climate, partnering across campus to foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for students, faculty and staff. Throughout her career, Bell has championed student success, inclusive leadership and community engagement. Guided by authentic leadership and belonging, she helps create a campus where every member of the Pack feels supported and empowered to succeed.
