Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Teaching & Learning

The Teaching Resource Center (TRC), at California State University, San Bernardino, strives to grow its our role to promote and support innovation in undergraduate and graduate classroom instruction (FAM 871.4).

We acknowledge, that in fostering such innovation we must address the intersectionality of race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, among others, and the resulting complex experiences that shape our faculty and students. As such, in alignment with CSUSB’s Statement of Commitment to Diversity, TRC has accumulated a variety of resources to help our faculty colleagues enhance their syllabi, course content, as well as pedagogical approach, in order to promote and celebrate the entire variety of human experiences that students bring to the classroom.

Key Terms
