PeopleSoft – CS (Campus Solutions) Administrative Pages
Available for use by faculty and advisors, this tool allows advisors to view student information such as:
- class schedule
- unofficial academic transcript
- holds
- enrollment appointment
Q & S Search for Students
Available for use by faculty and advisors, this tool allows advisors to:
- Search for students with specific criteria; e.g., students in a major who are “Q” students, who are “S” students, etc., and
- Maintain a list of students and their “Q” or “S” designation.
Q & S Student Information
Available for use by faculty and advisors, this tool:
- Identifies whether a student is a “Q,” a Quarter Completer (who plans to graduate by Summer 2020) or an “S,” a Semester Completer (who plans to graduate Fall 2020 or later);
- Includes major(s), expected grad term (if grad check is on file), and helpful links; and
- Allows advisors to easily change a student’s “Q” or “S” designation, enter a Q2S Projected Grad Term, and
- Allows advisors to confirm whether the student has been advised for Q2S.
EAB/Campus (Educational Advisory Board/Campus)
Available for use by faculty and advisors, this tool:
- Allows advisors to make notes;
- Allows notes to be shared among advisors;
- Displays a summary of students’ academic information; and;
- Displays students’ predicted risk level.

PAWS (Program Advising Worksheet for Students)
Available for use by students, faculty, and advisors, this tool:
- Provides a degree audit of what is required for a student’s bachelor’s degree;
- Shows completed requirements;
- Shows all courses taken;
- Shows what students still need;
- Shows transfer credit; and
- Shows grades received in courses.
myCAP (my Coyote Academic Plan)
Available for use by students, faculty, and advisors, this tool:
- Is to be used with PAWS;
- Allows students to plan when to take courses (and courses needed); and
- Maps out the path to graduation.
