The First 100 Days: Listening and Learning
The first 100 days will begin with listening to the people, experiences and perspectives that shape CSUSB and the Inland Empire.
Students will be invited to share what helps them feel seen, supported, challenged and prepared.
Faculty and staff will have opportunities to share the work already underway and the barriers that can make that work harder than it should be.
Conversations will also include alumni, Tribal partners, community colleges, K-12 leaders, employers, civic partners, elected officials and families to better understand what the Inland Empire needs from CSUSB now.
Together, the university community will listen for the places where CSUSB’s strategic plan, CSU Forward and the Student Success Framework converge into one shared direction.
