CSUSB’s Model United Nations team brought home an Outstanding Delegation Award.

The team, representing the nation of Burundi, was honored with the Outstanding Delegation Award, the highest award given by the National Model United Nations Conference in New York City, arguably the most prestigious conference of its kind.

The Korean Festival, held on April 19, is a premiere event in CSUSB’s Asian Pacific Islander Desi American Heritage Month celebration. The annual event features a traditional wedding ceremony, dinner reception and performance showcase.

The Korean Festival provided attendees the opportunity to experience the Korean culture through food, music, dance and traditions on April 19. Over 340 people attended the festival, which is a premiere event in CSUSB’s Asian Pacific Islander Desi American Heritage Month celebration.

With the support of 340 donors, this year’s annual Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign raised over $135,000. The donations will fund scholarships, student-athletes, alumni chapters, student clubs and organizations, centers across all academic colleges and affinity centers.

A selection of courses are being offered that allow students to complete the requirements needed for graduation. Three sessions will be offered, with the first 5-week and 10-week sessions beginning on June 3 and the second 5-week session beginning on July 9. Classes fill up quickly, so students are encouraged to register early.
