
CSUSB has appointed Native American educator and advocate Vincent Whipple as the university’s newly created director of Tribal Relations to increase the college-going rates and success of Native American students.

The Memorandum of Understanding between CSUSB and Riverside City College, and a similar agreement between Cal State Fullerton and RCC, are part of the California Tri-County Concurrent Enrollment Program.

Located in the first floor of the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, the eatery features freshly baked bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, as well as coffee and the Coyote Market convenience store.

The mixer at the New York Grill was a success, with more than 70 people attending, including university President Tomás D. Morales, Alumni Director Crystal Wymer-Lucero, Latino Alumni Chapter board members and their guests.
