Dear CSUSB Community:

On behalf of the President Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Board, we write to invite you to a CSUSB Community Forum on the aftermath of the Chauvin trial.  We will be coming together as a community on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 11 am-noon.  The conversation will be facilitated by Rafik Mohamed,  Dean of College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, and the three Co-Chief DEI Officers, Daria Graham, AVP for Student Affairs and Dean of Students, Jeanne Durr, AVP for Human Resources, and Seval Yildirim, Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs and Development. 

Additional healing spaces for students include:

  1. The Black Community Healing Space – Wednesday, April 21, 6 p.m.
  2. Two Multicultural Healing Spaces, supported by Dr. Gurminder Sandhu from CAPS and Dr. Jacob Chacko, Associate Director of Diversity and Inclusion, SMSU.
