CSUSB professor comments on Pelosi’s objection to more troops and arms to Saudi Arabia
Press TV
Sept. 23, 2019

David Yaghoubian, CSUSB professor of history, was interviewed about U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi slamming the Trump Administration’s plans to send American troops and more arms to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The administration was reacting to the Sept. 14 attack on Saudi oil facilities by Yemen.

Pelosi called the response 'the latest outrageous attempt by the Trump Administration to circumvent the bipartisan, bicameral will of Congress,' adding in a statement Saturday: 'These unacceptable actions are cause for alarm.'
Yaghoubian said that Pelosi “accurately describe and stated there is no appetite within the American public for yet another war.”
