When the cooler, crisp days of autumn mark the calendar, college campuses mark their annual homecoming celebrations — and Cal State San Bernardino is no different, with a day of activities set to welcome back alumni and the community to the campus.

The university’s annual homecoming is set for Saturday, Oct. 21, highlighted by the Homecoming Bash.

Attendees will enjoy great food, music, fun competitions, class reunion celebrations, family-friendly activities and opportunities to give back to the CSUSB community.

The Homecoming Bash will kick off at 4 p.m. at the Coyote Den, HPE Building, near Coussoulis Arena. Events include:

  • Food from vendors
  • Beer garden
  • Family fun in the kids zone
  • Live entertainment
  • Face painting and crafts
  • Inflatables
  • Photo booth
  • Carnival rides and games
  • Giveaways

At 7 p.m., attendees can cheer on the Coyotes women’s volleyball team in Coussoulis Arena as it takes on regional rival Cal Poly Pomona.

And from 7-10 p.m., attendees can gaze at the heavens from the university’s Murillo Family Observatory. Students will be on hand to demonstrate the equipment.

Event tickets are free and can be obtained online on the Eventbrite CSUSB Homecoming page.
