CEO Magazine has named Cal State San Bernardino’s College of Business and Public Administration among the top MBA business schools in its annual Global MBA rankings, which profiled MBA, EMBA and online MBA programs around the world.

The CBPA was listed in Tier One of the MBA rankings for North America, along with three other CSU campuses, Chico, Long Beach and East Bay.

“We’re deeply touched by the CEO Magazine Global MBA rankings,” said CBPA Dean Lawrence Rose. “It’s a credit to the hard work, commitment and innovation of our faculty who are among the most experienced and expert business minds in education dedicated to providing the best experience to our students.”

The recognition is the latest in a series for the college. In 2015, CEO Magazine ranked the university’s MBA’s program among the top 20 MBA programs in the nation and the Princeton Review recognized the college as one of the best business schools in the nation for three consecutive years (2013, 2014 and 2015).

The CSUSB College of Business and Public Administration MBA program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, a global, nonprofit membership organization of educational institutions, businesses, and other entities devoted to the advancement of management education.

The CEO Magazine Global MBA Rankings are designed with applicants in mind, and examine the nuts and bolts of an MBA: the learning environment, class sizes, tuition fees, faculty, delivery methods, international diversity, gender make-up and more. The magazine’s objective is simple: to identify schools with exceptional quality and great return on investment.

This year CEO Magazine reached out to more than 300 business schools across North America, Europe and Australia, and received responses from 140 institutions – an increase of more than 100 per cent from the previous year.

“We are thrilled with the uptake and response to this year’s survey. The increase in the number of business schools participating, and the inclusion of some very well-known and highly regarded players within the market, serve to further establish the CEO Magazine Global MBA Rankings as a go- to reference tool for future MBA students,” said CEO Magazine's group editor-in-chief, Alexandra Skinner.
