CSUSB professor gives keynote address at Top Workplaces awards luncheonThe Press-Enterprise/The Sun/Inland Valley Daily Bulletin/Redlands Daily FactsNov. 30, 2018 Mike Stull, a professor at Cal State San Bernardino and director of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship, gave the keynote address when the Inland News Group recently celebrated the recipients of its fifth annual Top Workplaces awards luncheon. He encouraged owners and managers to be accepting and open to new ideas and “get out of their own way.” Stull said incentives and rewards often are not the big motivators in the workplace.  Instead, it’s about a culture that people can embrace and feel proud of. “Culture cannot be replicated,” Stull said. “It’s your DNA” as a company. Read the complete article at “Top Workplaces 2018: See the list of all 40 Inland Empire winners.”
