UPDATE from the CSUSB Office of Student Engagement, Jan. 15: 'Unfortunately, our Engagement Expo has been cancelled due to the rain. Updates on rescheduling to come soon! Happy Tuesday, Yoties!'

NOTE: Engagement Expo 2019 will be cancelled 24 hours prior to the event if organizers foresee adverse weather conditions.

The Cal State San Bernardino Office of Student Engagement will hold an Engagement Expo on Tuesday, Jan. 15, presenting students with involvement and engagement opportunities to allow them to connect with the campus, build leadership and develop skills that will help them beyond CSUSB. The goal of the expo is to offer a one-stop shop where students will be able to see a holistic picture of all of the engagement and involvement opportunities at CSUSB both inside and outside the classroom. The Engagement Expo will take place 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the Coyote Walkway in front of the College of Education building. The Office of Student Engagement is seeking to work with departments on campus, along with student clubs and organizations, to provide engaging activities for students to participate in and, most importantly, highlighting the specific opportunities for engagement that these groups have to offer. Some of the opportunities the expo hopes to highlight include:

  • National Student Exchange
  • Volunteer Work
  • Model United Nations
  • Associated Students Inc. Board of Directors
  • Student Ambassador
  • Resident Assistant
  • Student Mentoring Programs
  • Student Leadership and
  • University Honors Program
