The Department of Criminal Justice at Cal State San Bernardino will host an alumni career panel on Wednesday, May 22, in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences building, room SB-209, from 2-3:30 p.m. The career panel will help students discover what they can do with their degree in criminal justice from CSUSB, as well as help them plan their next step to achieve their career goals. Alumni from the criminal justice department will share their experiences and tips on how current students can get to where they want to go. Some of the alumni panelists include:

  • Pascual Maldonado, Class of 2011, who is currently a deputy with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department; and
  • Cynthia Velasco, Class of 2014, who is a special agent for the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security.

Other panelists will be confirmed at a later date. To RSVP online, visit the Criminal Justice alumni Career Panel event page. For more information, contact Donna Derbish at DDerbish@csusb.edu or (909) 537-5506.
