Conflict Resolution

Conflict Resolution supports members of the California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) community in addressing conflict constructively and effectively. Our goal is to empower faculty and staff with the skills and resources needed to engage in productive dialogue, build collaborative relationships, and foster healthy work and learning environments.

We offer a range of voluntary and informal options to help address workplace concerns, including:

  • Conflict resolution coaching to help individuals prepare for and navigate difficult situations
  • Mediation to assist parties in reaching mutually agreeable outcomes

In addition to direct support services, we provide training and workshops designed to strengthen workplace interactions. Topics cover navigating difficult conversations, managing conflict constructively, and developing communication strategies that promote collaboration and accountability.
