- Dr. Huh is Professor of Accounting at California State University San Bernardino (CSUSB). He received his MBA from State University of New York at Buffalo and a Ph.D. in accounting from Kent State University. Since he came to CSUSB in 1987, he has taught Controllership, Accounting Information System, Intermediate Accounting, and Cost & Managerial Accounting for undergraduate and graduate students.

- His research interests include Cost Variance Investigation System; Target Costing; Government Accounting: Single Audit Act; Ethics in Accounting; Non-Profit Accounting: Church Accounting System. Dr. Huh has published numerous papers in refereed journals. His articles have appeared in Journal of Cost Analysis, Journal of Business Ethics, Municipal Finance Journal, Advances in International Accounting, Global Business Journal, Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies, Multinational Business Journal, Journal of Accounting and Financial Studies, Journal of International Business Research, and Global Business and Finance Review.

- Dr. Huh, a Korean native initiated several partnership activities between CSUSB and the Korean Community in the area of the Inland Empire. These activities included a fund raising party for University Museum, annual scholarship awards to CSUSB students from Inland Korean Business Association, and an internship program for accounting students. He has immense interest for the church management ministry of Asian community churches in the Southern California, especially church accounting and financial management. Therefore, he contributed many articles for church accounting to newspapers. He is serving as a president and internal auditor of Christian Ethics Movement organization in Los Angeles, in which 250 churches and 900 individual members have participated.
